About The Client

Our client is developing sweepstakes casino platform for the U.S. market, using unique gameplay mechanics. The company operates fully remotely, and focuses on user engagement and retention.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of an innovative casino platform initially launched in the U.S. market. You’ll work across product, marketing, and tech teams to launch features that meet both player expectations and regulatory standards. Russian-speaking candidates with good English are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization (RICE/ROI)
  • Manage execution across Development & Marketing
  • Maintain and evolve content calendar (games, features, promotions)
  • Make data-driven decisions on launching, scaling, or sunsetting features
  • Ensure the product aligns with legal requirements in the U.S. market
  • Clearly communicate product strategy and progress to leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Product Lead or Head of Product in iGaming or related B2C industries
  • Proven success in scaling digital products from concept to launch
  • Experience working in regulated markets (U.S. compliance is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in Russian and confident English
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
