Zurich North America is seeking a Head of Product Enablement and Governance for our Technical Underwriting team. This leader will be responsible for product delivery and governance, driving efficiencies while ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements. They will spearhead a comprehensive product enablement strategy across multiple divisions and lines of business, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
We are looking for an accomplished leader with extensive expertise in state filings, state filings enablement, and product compliance across all lines of insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience with all P&C lines of business and a proven track record of success in developing and executing compliance strategies that align with business objectives while mitigating risk. This role will oversee product compliance and provide best practices consulting through coordination and collaboration with various departments, including product development, underwriting, finance, operations, IT, risk, and legal, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
This role reports to the Chief Underwriting Officer with a preference for the individual to be based out of our Schaumburg, IL or New York, NY office.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $197,800 - $324,000, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 35%.
