• Lead Product Strategy and Execution: Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for Zipline's core platform.
• Develop a High-Performing Product Management Team: Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to deliver against strategic priorities.
• Champion AI-first Product Innovation: Integrate AI capabilities into the core product strategy.
• Represent the Customer: Develop deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• What this role does not own: Excludes engineering management or architecture, design leadership, or product-led growth strategy.
• What success looks like: Deliver a clear strategic roadmap with measurable customer and business impact.
