Morgan Stanley is seeking a Head of Product to define the vision and strategy for the AI Development Platform and related AI products. You will lead a team of Product Owners delivering AI-powered capabilities across the firm, driving enterprise adoption and governance.

The role requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders across technology and business units in a regulated financial services environment.

• 15+ years of experience in software development, software product management, platform management, or related technology roles.
• 8+ years of experience in product leadership, including leading Product Managers and/or Product Owners in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI development platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI and cloud ecosystems across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including managed AI services and platform capabilities.

We’re seeking a Head of Product to join our team and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Morgan Stanley’s firmwide AI Development Platform. This leader will be responsible for defining the vision for the platform, driving enterprise adoption of AI capabilities, and building and leading a team of Product Owners responsible for delivering AI-powered products and platform capabilities across the firm.Morgan Stanley has been at the forefront of the AI journey, building applications that leverage AI to provide better, personalized advice to our clients.
