About the role

We’ve taken the first steps towards our long-term vision and we need a strategic product mind to take us the rest of the way. You’ll be the first Product Manager so you’ll have an outsized role in honing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You’ll collaborate closely with our stellar Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success partners to understand our customers and own our products end-to-end from strategy to implementation.

What you’ll do

• Build products to help leading AI companies train data sets in an ever-evolving AI landscape
• Deeply understand customers to drive customer-focused decisions, ruthless prioritization, and efficient execution
• Develop the product vision and strategy for how to drive excellence in a two-sided marketplace of AI customers and labeler users
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, go-to-market, and other key stakeholders
• Build the charter and processes to scale the team as the first PM

What we’re looking for:

• You have 6+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably with experience at a growth-stage B2B SaaS companies
• You have built net new products and formed a comprehensive strategy and vision for the products
• You thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and take an ownership mentality to proactively seek and solve problems
• You obsess about customers with constant communication and feedback and possess deep user empathy and strong intuition on how they think
• You collaborate effectively across cross-functional partners
