The Role: Senior Product Manager

You’ll be the owner of the product. You’ll define what gets built, why it matters, and how it fits into the bigger vision.

You’ll work directly with the founder, engineers, and designers to prioritize the roadmap, validate ideas, and ensure we ship high-impact features — fast.

We’re not looking for someone to “manage backlogs.” We’re looking for someone who sees the big picture, dives deep into the details, and makes product decisions that move the business forward.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the product roadmap, in direct collaboration with the founder
• Prioritize features based on user value, business goals, and tech feasibility
• Write clear product specs and communicate requirements across teams
• Coordinate with engineering and design to ship on time and at quality
• Talk to users, run interviews or gather feedback, and drive validation
• Track performance post-launch — usage, feedback, and outcomes
• Lead product cycles from concept to release, and iterate based on learning
• Work autonomously, make fast calls, and keep momentum high

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (not project management, not design)
• Track record of shipping digital products, ideally in fintech or consumer apps
• Strong analytical thinking and business/product sense
• Excellent written and verbal communication — especially in remote settings
• High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently
• Experience working with remote and async teams
• Bonus: knowledge of Web3 and/or fintech
