Job summary

Our client, a fast-growing healthtech startup in New York, seeks a founding product leader to own product strategy and execution. You will report directly to co-founders and shape the product org as the company scales, balancing B2B providers and families in a multi-sided marketplace.

You will drive shipping of zero-to-one features with IC ownership, leveraging AI prototyping tools to deliver consumer-grade UX for healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of product management experience at high-growth startups.
• Proven track record scaling products from early traction toward ARR milestones.
• Experience building multi-sided marketplaces (B2B and consumer surfaces).
• Proven IC execution capabilities with end-to-end delivery of features.
• Prototyping fluency with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Strong design eye to elevate healthcare software to consumer-grade UX.
• Willing to work 5 days/week in-person at the New York, NY office.

• Prototyping fluency with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Strong design eye capable of elevating healthcare software to consumer-grade UX standards.
• Ability to work 5 days/week in-person at the New York, NY office.
