Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC is seeking a Director, Procurement to oversee procurement activities and develop strategies that support operational continuity and growth. The position requires strong leadership skills, with at least 10 years of experience in procurement within manufacturing or CPG, particularly in beverage or food sectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supplier performance, risk management, and building a high-performing procurement team. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical coverage, a cell phone stipend, and a 401(k) match program.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or CPG, preferably in beverage or food.
• Demonstrated experience owning and leading enterprise-wide procurement functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement and purchasing for raw materials, packaging, indirect spend, and services.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with operational and business objectives.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance management.
