SSR Mining Inc. in Nevada is seeking a Process Manager to lead the safe and efficient operation of its heap leach gold recovery facility, overseeing a 55-person team and multiple labs.

You will drive operational strategies, optimization initiatives, and ensure compliance with MSHA standards while coordinating with the Projects Manager on site initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and a track record of improving metallurgical performance.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent Process related degree.
• 8+ years in mining with heap leach operations.
• 5+ years supervising experience in a process-related field.
• Strong leadership, coaching and change management abilities.
• Proven track record in safety and environmental performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the safe, efficient operation of the heap leach gold recovery facility.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and forecasts.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Process Department (55+ staff) and labs.
• Drive continuous improvement in metallurgical accounting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Projects Manager on large site projects.
• Ensure MSHA regulation compliance and safety standards.
• Align site objectives with corporate leadership for gold recovery targets.
