Job summary

AirSculpt® is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our Miami Beach, FL location, overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, patient experience, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management in high-volume settings, excellent financial acumen, EMR proficiency, and a track record of developing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume or fast-growth environment (luxury retail, plastic surgery, medical spa preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing competing operational priorities.
• Financial acumen — ability to read a P&L, manage a budget, and connect decisions to outcomes.
• Proficiency with EMR or practice management platforms; experience with Aesthetics Pro or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring clinical and administrative functions run efficiently and to AirSculpt standards.
• Own scheduling accuracy across providers, rooms, and staff; resolve conflicts and maintain real-time visibility.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local standards (AAAHC, JCAHO, AAAASF).
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for staff on AirSculpt workflows and protocols.
• Manage location-level KPIs (case volume, revenue, labor, expenses) to support profitability.
