Charter Steel seeks an experienced leader to head Operations Technology, Automation and Controls across seven facilities. You will translate strategy into a clear roadmap and align plant leadership with a disciplined governance model.

You will mentor four managers, drive transformational projects and balance run-state with future capability investments within a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or related field with leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading large, multi-site operations technology teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into priorities and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead a ~40-person OT, automation and controls organization across seven facilities.
• Translate manufacturing strategy into a prioritized technology roadmap.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve reliability, performance and growth.
