Döhler GmbH is seeking a visionary Head of Plant-Based Nutrition to steer our global ingredient sourcing, trading, and commodity management for plant-based proteins, grains, botanicals, and functional ingredients in the Food & Beverage sector.

You will design hedging frameworks, manage risk, and secure resilient supply chains to support rapid scale-up while collaborating with R&D and QA to maintain non-GMO, organic, vegan, and allergen-free standards across procured items.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement or trading with 5+ years in agri-food commodities.
• Proven trading/hedging and risk management experience.
• Deep knowledge of global food supply chains and trade regulations (FDA, EFSA, GFSI, HACCP).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analytics tools (Power BI) and financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Market intelligence and risk management for global supply-demand dynamics.
• Define and execute price-hedging strategies using forwards and futures.
• Manage multi-million dollar spend portfolios and cost projections.
• Lead RFPs and complex contract negotiations with global suppliers and processors.
• Source and develop strategic alliances with plant-based ingredient innovators.
• Establish multi-source contingency plans to ensure supply continuity.
