Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Manager, Pipeline and Measurement Engineering to lead our engineering disciplines responsible for measurement systems and pipeline components across Gas Transmission and Midstream. You will shape engineering standards, lifecycle strategies, and risk treatments while building a strong, capable team.

You will set priorities, drive technical direction, and act as the authority for complex matters, including equipment selection and failure analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 10+ years of post-degree engineering experience with progressive leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• US preference for a PE license; in Canada, P.Eng./APEGA registration is noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pipeline and Measurement Engineering disciplines by setting technical direction and priorities across GTM.
• Establish and govern engineering standards, specifications, procedures, and design requirements for measurement systems and pipeline equipment.
• Serve as technical authority for complex engineering matters, including equipment selection, design decisions, failure analysis, and risk management.
• Direct Asset Class Management by creating lifecycle strategies, reliability priorities, and long-term spend programs.
• Advance safety, reliability, performance, and lifecycle outcomes by assessing equipment performance and emerging technologies.
• Coach and mentor engineering professionals and represent Enbridge in industry standards bodies.
