Qualifications

• 15+ years commercial photography experience with managing photography teams.
• Extensive experience in commercial photography including video and CGI.
• Expert knowledge of cameras, lighting and studio tools.
• Expert level knowledge of Capture One and tethered shooting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to the Lead Photographer and teams.
• Provide technical photo direction for lighting, composition, workflows, and retouching.
• Ensure style guides and file management standards are followed across teams.
• Own the budget for equipment, software, and studio supplies.
• Develop relationships with freelancers and post-production providers.
