Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Pharmacy Commit programs, oversee a team of Pharmacy Executives, and drive growth through strategic leadership and premier client experiences.

The role focuses on optimizing contract performance, strengthening relationships with health systems and supplier partners, and guiding organizational priorities to achieve client retention, growth, and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience required.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Strong financial, business and operational acumen.
• Experience with healthcare/pharmacy contracting and GPOs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Pharmacy Executives to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Define and execute the strategic vision for Vizient's Pharmacy Commit programs.
• Manage key accounts, renewals, and associated client management activities.
• Establish KPIs for client satisfaction, utilization, retention, and financial performance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Pharmacy Sourcing, Consulting, Contracting, and Analytics to deliver solutions.
