Qualifications

• 2-5 years across talent acquisition and HR, with hands-on closing of senior hires.
• Strong judgment on people and a builder mindset - write process when needed, cut it when it stops helping.
• Know Indian labour law and payroll basics, and comfortable with ambiguity and a Monday-Saturday pace.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring plan, including roles, order, and bar, and run senior/hard-to-fill hires.
• Design and run performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback cycles.
• Build policies, compensation bands, leave, payroll, and labour-law compliance.
• Own onboarding, engagement, retention, and analyze attrition data.
