Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Head of People Strategy & Ops to report to the VP of Operations & People and lead the People Strategy & Operations function, while partnering closely with the Executive, Finance, IT, Clinical Strategy, Sales, and Engineering teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Nourish’s People strategy and driving performance as we scale.

This full-time role is open to NYC-based candidates only, with in-person work ~3 days per week at the Gramercy office and some remote

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting.
Startup experience preferred, with ability to scale teams.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Directly manage the People Strategy & Operations function, building the team as we scale and owning org design and hiring metrics.
Drive the strategic roadmap for talent density, retention, performance, and culture across the company.
Develop and operationalize scalable processes, tools, and cadences for the People function and cross-functional teams.
Own People Operations processes, systems, budget, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and automation where possible.
Serve as a trusted partner to the executive team and department heads to align people strategy with business goals.
