Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar project-based industries.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and influence business outcomes.
• Collaborative leadership across all levels and trust-building with field and corporate teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of workforce decisions on performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to spend significant time in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to executive and operations leadership, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives and project execution.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across field operations, project teams, and corporate functions.
• Partner directly with field leadership to address workforce challenges impacting safety, productivity, engagement, and retention.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field to understand operational realities and ensure workforce initiatives support project success.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, leadership development, and team performance.
• Develop and implement talent, leadership, and succession strategies that support current operations and long-term growth.
• Foster a values-driven culture that promotes employee engagement, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives and address labor availability, retention, and leadership pipeline.
