Job summary

The Sierra Club seeks a senior recruiting and learning leader to drive recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives. You will mentor a 3–4 person team and ensure best-in-class processes using ATS, LMS, and HRIS to advance people analytics and employee engagement.

Salary is $150,000 annually with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. The organization fights for a healthy climate and justice across the country, with nearly 700 staff and 64 local chapters.

Qualifications

• You have experience in recruiting, onboarding, and learning development.
• You are proficient with ATS, LMS, HRIS and people analytics.
• Experience leading a small team is preferred.
