Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum of five years in progressive HR or People Operations leadership.
• Proven experience in employee relations, talent management and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape workforce strategy and organizational culture.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
• Develop recognition, retention and engagement programs.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, Head Start standards, and grant requirements.
• Coach managers on employee development and accountability.
• Manage HR systems, payroll and benefits administration.
