The successful candidate will manage HR programs, oversee benefits and leave, and guide the team through regulatory changes while fostering a positive culture in a fast-paced private equity environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business, real estate, or related field.
• 2–6 years in Human Resources or talent roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HR policies and practices.
• Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at all levels.
• Recruit top talent including executives.
• Manage performance review processes and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to align staffing with strategy.
