We are seeking a Bilingual (Eng/Chinese) Business Development Expert with an extensive background in Supply Chain/Logistics/3PL Industry. This role is crucial to our successful expansion in North America!

Job Responsibilities:
- Ecosystem Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential ecosystem partners across the U.S. e-commerce and logistics upstream and downstream sectors. Be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and strategic negotiations to contract execution and successful implementation.
- Resource Integration & Client Synergy: Leverage JD Logistics' e-commerce fulfillment capabilities in the U.S. to integrate warehousing, line haul, last-mile delivery, and technology resources. Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with product, sales, and operations to ensure seamless client solutions and tangible business value.
- Performance & Revenue Management: Take ownership of revenue generation and key performance indicators derived from ecosystem partnerships. Optimize partnership models to drive sustained growth and mutual success, tracking outcomes and fostering continuous improvement.
- Networking & Industry Influence: Actively participate in U.S. industry associations, business forums, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and partnership potential. Build a high-quality professional network, identifying and engaging potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain. Prefer candidates with existing relationships with major U.S. clients or a strong background in ecosystem partnerships within these sectors.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, capable of navigating cross-cultural business communication and internal collaboration between the U.S. and China.
- Possess a well-established professional network within the U.S. logistics and e-commerce industries. Deep understanding of mainstream e-commerce platforms, logistics service providers, and their operational mechanisms. Experience with industry associations or relevant communities is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong sales acumen and client management skills, with the ability to design and implement collaborative solutions that align with company capabilities.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills, enabling you to lead complex partnership initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong identification with JD Logistics' culture, embodying a profound sense of ownership, responsibility, and execution excellence.
