Job summary

OuterSignal is building the customer intelligence and personalization layer for commerce. We’re seeking a head of partnerships to own and scale the agency partner program, drive referrals, and shape tech/ecosystem partnerships with Shopify, Klaviyo, and other platforms.

You’ll manage partnerships, set measurable goals, feed the sales team, and expand the partner channel to boost bookings. If you thrive on owning a channel with a revenue target, this is your role.

Qualifications

• You’ve run an agency-partner motion before and know how to scale it.
• You’re adept at coaching sales teams and aligning partners with revenue goals.
• You can manage multiple partner types and keep momentum.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the agency partner program from day one with clear goals.
• Maintain a weekly cadence with partners and optimize pipelines.
• Feed the sales team with qualified intros and ensure fast routing.
• Manage rev-share, attribution, and partner tiers as the program grows.
• Develop tech/referral partnerships and co-referral deals with tools like Shopify.
