Job description

We're seeking a Head of Partnerships and Alliances to lead our strategic efforts with channel, product, and strategic partners. This role will drive measurable outcomes for Squid AI's customers and partners through faster growth and higher innovation velocity, and help transform the rapidly evolving market for AI Agents.
This is a remote role, but you must be within commuting distance of Seattle, San Francisco, or New York City.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnerships to reach customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key cloud partners to extend Squid's capabilities.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership activities with business objectives.
  • Build, develop, and cultivate a pipeline of channel and strategic partners to expand Squid's addressable market.
  • Define, evolve, monitor, and analyze partnership performance.
  • Build awareness and pipeline by signing and activating consulting firms, GSIs, and RSIs.
Qualifications:
  • Track record of driving revenue and outcomes through partner and channel sales.
  • Experience with strategic partnerships and navigating the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B software, including Software as a Service, Data, and AI.
  • Strong background in cloud technologies and platforms, with deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems and marketplaces.
  • Experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships that result in measurable business growth.
  • Technical acumen to understand and articulate the value proposition of Squid's GenAI agents.
