Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
• 5 years supervisory experience.
• Active CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Significant experience with cloud-based accounting and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams and manage all aspects of client engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor; supervise monthly closes and deliverables including financial statements, budgets, and audit prep.
• Understand client operations and controls to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
• Assist with selection, implementation, and integration of accounting software and third-party systems.
• Train and supervise staff accountants and promote a collaborative culture.
