Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, management, strategy, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Translate and govern the Operations Strategy and brand priorities into a focused portfolio of initiatives with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Own the Operations performance base and integrate data to identify gaps, trends, and root causes.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and decision-support tools with cross-functional partners.
• Lead governance and change management for major initiatives from concept through measurement.
• Provide executive-level insights, recommendations, and progress updates to the COO and leadership team.
