What we’re hiring for

We’re hiring an experienced, action-oriented Head of Operations to lead and scale the teams responsible for end-to-end product fulfillment. You’ll be responsible for team management, workflow design, automation strategy, and reducing unit costs.

This is a high-impact leadership role with a path to COO. Success will require precise workforce planning, data-driven KPI management, and strong cross-functional coordination across global operations, Product & Engineering, and Customer Success.

What you’ll do

Immediate Priorities (first 6 Months)

• Redesign and optimize call center and model evaluation workflows to reduce COGS
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to automate repetitive manual tasks across the Call Center and Model Evaluation global operations teams
• Build and own operational dashboards to drive performance and instill a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement

Core Responsibilities

• Own team performance across key ops metrics (turnaround time, throughput, accuracy, labor costs, margin)
• Lead and manage offshore teams that may grow to 200+ agents across time zones
• Partner with Customer Success, Product & Engineering, and AI/ML teams to optimize fulfillment workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, improve SLAs, and boost productivity

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• 7–10 years in operations, strategy, or analytics roles, with experience leading high-performing teams
• Proven ability to reduce COGS and improve margins in ops-heavy businesses
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset; thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to influence ops metrics
• Fluent in ops KPIs, forecasting, and performance analytics (SQL a plus)
• Systems thinker who builds scalable solutions—but not afraid to jump into Slack or Sheets to unblock work
• Willing to adopt a flexible schedule and stay close to offshore team needs
