Responsibilities

• Support hiring, onboarding, and people operations.

• Set up and improve internal systems, tools, and processes.
• Handle finance, vendor, and administrative operations where needed.
• Run the hybrid human plus AI-agent operating model: provisioning, supervision and measurement.
• Use AI tools to streamline operations and reporting.
• Take on high-priority problems and drive them to resolution.
