A waste management technology company in New York is seeking an Operations Architect to develop and manage operational infrastructure and systems. This role involves auditing current operations, building scalable processes, and leading operational initiatives. Ideal candidates have 4-7 years of experience in high-performing environments such as management consulting or startup operations. Competitive salary of $175k-$195k plus equity is offered.

You'll be the architect of our operational infrastructure. This isn't about maintaining the status quo—you'll be building systems, processes, and teams while keeping the trucks running. You'll work directly with our founders and leadership team to identify operational bottlenecks, design solutions, and execute with urgency. This role is perfect for someone who gets energized by chaos and thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity.
