Job summary

Autonomy Finance seeks a Head of Operations in NYC to build and scale the operational backbone, overseeing compliance, partnerships, customer operations, and vendor contracts. This is a leadership role reporting to the founding team to ensure scalable growth with top regulatory standards.

You will lead the operations team, shape efficient processes, and drive regulatory excellence as the company scales, with significant equity and career growth opportunities.

You'll work directly with the founding team to ensure we can scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a fintech startup operates from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

Experience
