BeOne Medicines Ltd. at BeOne Institute is seeking a Group Leader to guide a high-performing research team. You will set a forward-looking research strategy aligned with our mission, fostering collaboration and translating innovations into transformative medicines.

You will lead cross-disciplinary projects, drive scientific excellence, and mentor staff while advancing breakthrough discoveries in oncology and related areas.

Formación

• Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent advanced degree with deep expertise in cancer biology, immunology, protein engineering or AI-driven design.
• 10+ years of post-degree experience with a strong track record in drug discovery or scientific achievements.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and guiding collaborations across functions.
