You will manage cross-functional teams, optimize delivery quality, and oversee financial performance across portfolios for key customers.

The role requires extensive experience in project management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field Req.
• Knowledge of clinical trials - knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH GCP) and local laws.
• Broad protocol knowledge and therapeutic knowledge desirable.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex, multi-region studies or programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to delivery timelines.

Aufgaben

• Develop project delivery strategy for RFPs and lead bid defense presentations.
• Oversee integrated study management plans with core project team.
• Direct execution of clinical studies ensuring quality, speed and cost efficiency.
• Identify systemic issues and implement best practices.
• Set objectives for core project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with functional groups to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress and communicate project information to stakeholders.
• Manage large and/or complex studies or programs and portfolio with customers.
• Proactively manage strategic risk and contingencies.
• Ensure financial success of projects and forecast opportunities.
