Location/Region: This position is located in Dublin, CA

Role

The Sr. Manager, ODX HDP Applications, Image & Data Management, is responsible for product roadmap planning, new product introduction, and lifecycle management of the assigned product franchise. The Sr. Manager leads and directs all activities surrounding the product, including annual strategy updates, product development planning and implementation, product positioning and lifecycle management issues.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create and implement the long-term Franchise strategy to achieve FoB goals. Provide annual strategy update for assigned products. Define and specify new products including business, marketing and launch plans, etc.
  • Work closely with R&D Program Manager and technical staff to shepherd the product enhancement/new product development process. Provide marketing deliverables to product development process.
  • Management of global launch for new products, next generation products, and product enhancements.
  • Guide Product Managers in development of products, pricing, distribution and positioning strategy for assigned products.
  • Work closely with head of Product & Strategic Marketing to provide content for launch messaging, sales training materials, promotional campaign and point of sale collateral materials.
Do you qualify?
  • Undergraduate degree business, engineering or life sciences is required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Previous product development and launch experience in cloud based medical applications, picture archiving and communication system (PACS), complex products and/or product families.
  • Minimum 12 years marketing experience including previous medical device/equipment experience. Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in the product development process, including Agile and SAFe product development process, Electronic Medical Records, and Cyber Security regulations.
  • Experience leading/managing project teams.
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills.
  • Experienced knowledge of spreadsheet financial analysis, word processing and presentation software.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to manage and work cross-functionally.

The annual pay range for this position is $145,400 - $204,100.

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.

This position is eligible for a Performance Bonus.
