Job summary

Supabase is seeking a mid-to-senior communications and social role that blends traditional PR with direct, developer-focused outreach. You will own Supabase's voice across modern channels, and help build the founders' presence in podcasts, YouTube channels, and other direct talks.

The role requires a hands-on writer who can ghostwrite in executives' voices, navigate high-stakes moments like incidents or funding news, and maintain credibility with reporters, investors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing with a distinctive voice.
• Track record growing accounts for a technical audience.
• Able to push opinions while judging when.
• Calm, credible speaker during incidents and announcements.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute our new media strategy.
• Run and grow Supabase's X and LinkedIn accounts, hands on keyboard.
• Ghostwrite for founders and team in their voice.
• Explore unconventional channels and formats.
• Book cofounders on major shows, podcasts, and YouTube channels in our space.
• Collaborate with DevRel and the PMM team on launches.
• Manage crisis comms with poise and technical credibility.
