Job summary

GT School is seeking a leader to design, validate, and scale a high performance gifted school model, starting with a prototype campus and expanding to a national network. The role blends campus build‑out, program design, and market growth with a focus on leadership, independence, and competition.

You will shape staffing, space design, and operations while developing parent messaging and growth strategies to drive expansion nationwide.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high impact venture from scratch with significant operations.
• Deep understanding of gifted education or high-potential learners through experience or family involvement.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics into believers.
• Based in the U.S. with ability to travel regularly to Austin (≥1 week/month)

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high‑performance gifted school model, starting with a prototype campus and expanding nationally.
• Build staffing models, space design, and operational processes for a physical campus.
• Develop parent facing messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks to fuel expansion.
• Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
• Act as the public face of the model, driving visibility through media, events, and partnerships
