Job summary

GT School is seeking a Program Director to design, validate, and scale a prototype gifted school model, then expand to a national network. You will lead the rollout of a physical model campus and continue building the virtual GT Anywhere program with the team you already have in place.

The role requires founder-level energy, relentless execution, and the ability to translate a bold vision into a school parents can’t stop talking about—and students can’t wait to attend.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch with revenue responsibility.
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students through family, profession, or experience.
• AI First mentality — prioritize AI as the default solution at scale.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics into believers.
• Based in the U.S. with regular travel to Austin (minimum 1 week/month) and eligibility to work without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model from a prototype to a national network.
• Build and validate a physical model campus including staffing, space design, and operations.
• Develop parent-facing messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks to fuel expansion.
• Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
• Act as the public face of the model, driving visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
