Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience with mechanical design.
• Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience taking products from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision for the mechanical engineering team and foster creativity, appropriate risk taking, and crisp execution.
• Guide the team in developing compelling product architectures.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Legal, Clinical Engineering, and Manufacturing to build consensus and progress.
