Our Business Technology team seeks a Head of Marketing Technology to lead and scale our marketing technology stack, enabling data-driven strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing operations through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical leadership, experience in high-velocity B2C and B2B environments, and expertise in software development and marketing tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Define and execute technical strategy for MarTech to support business growth.
  2. Support B2C and B2B marketing with an omni-channel technology approach.
  3. Improve campaign effectiveness with data insights and process optimization.
  4. Enhance lead management and nurturing processes.
  5. Ensure marketing automation tools provide actionable insights.
  6. Partner across teams to execute the MarTech roadmap efficiently.
  7. Maintain governance and compliance with data standards.
  8. Lead thought leadership in marketing transformation.
  9. Lead and mentor a global team fostering innovation and collaboration.

Required qualifications:

  • Experience developing and integrating MarTech stacks, with leadership in B2C & B2B marketing, lead management, attribution, email marketing, data governance, and system integration.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and enrichment platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo).
  • Proven ability to design omnichannel customer journeys and unify customer data.
  • Strong background in data platforms, customer segmentation, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale MarTech projects in complex organizations.
  • Ownership mindset with strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of MarTech trends, AI integration, APIs, ETL, data pipelines, and data warehousing.

Our US pay range is $170,000—$220,000 USD, reflecting market factors and experience.
