Job description

Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps that simplifies subscription implementation and paywall management. We help developers quickly monetize their apps, serving 8,000+ apps and processing $1.4 billion in in-app subscriptions annually. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures.

In addition to Adapty, we are expanding our efforts with FunnelFox, a B2B automation platform designed to help sales and marketing teams streamline funnel management and increase conversion rates. As we grow both products, we are looking for a marketing leader to drive our presence in the U.S. market.

You’ll be part of the marketing team, which focuses on driving growth through targeted campaigns, optimizing user acquisition, and building brand awareness. Our marketing efforts are data-driven and centered around our well-defined ICP and market strategy, ensuring every initiative is aligned with business goals.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute a full-cycle marketing strategy to expand Adapty across key international markets, ensuring measurable brand growth and demo conversions.
  • Break down the strategy into specific marketing channels, identifying gaps and prioritizing the most effective ones for each region.
  • Conduct deep market and competitor research across different geographies to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Scale and optimize current marketing campaigns, tailoring them to different markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Critically assess marketing initiatives, identifying weaknesses and ensuring every action aligns with business goals and regional needs.
What We Expect
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of executing marketing strategies from scratch and successfully growing brand presence in multiple international markets.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify key metrics and measure performance across different regions.
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels, understanding how to allocate resources for maximum impact.
  • A critical thinker who challenges assumptions, finds weaknesses in existing campaigns, and continuously optimizes for better results.
