We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Head of Marketing

to build and lead our marketing function. This role will be responsible for driving inbound SaaS customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and creating a cohesive marketing presence that reflects Pear Suite’s mission and impact. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS marketing, a passion for healthcare innovation, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage both customers and stakeholders. What You'll Do

Inbound Marketing & Demand Generation : Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert inbound leads through content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and digital campaigns. Brand & Messaging : Establish and maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice, positioning Pear Suite as a leader in healthcare technology and CHW enablement. Content & Thought Leadership : Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, and email campaigns, to engage prospects and customers. Product Marketing : Develop go-to-market strategies for new features and offerings, ensuring alignment between product, sales, and customer success teams. Marketing Analytics & Optimization : Track and analyze key performance metrics, continuously optimizing marketing efforts for growth and ROI. Partnership & Community Engagement : Work closely with industry leaders, partners, and community health advocates to amplify Pear Suite’s reach and impact. Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team over time, including potential external agency partnerships. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or healthcare-related company. Proven track record in inbound marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy. Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing best practices. Experience working with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into engaging, accessible content. Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing marketing performance and optimizing for growth.
