We're a seasoned proprietary trading firm at the forefront of digital assets and crypto market infrastructure. As we expand our role as a lead market maker for token issuers, we're seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to build and scale this business line from the ground up.

Role Overview

As the Head of Market Making, you will be responsible for launching and growing our market-making offering for token issuers. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends business development, relationship management, and trading strategy. You'll work closely with our internal liquidity team and external protocol partners to deliver best-in-class market-making services, while also building and leading a dedicated team as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the firm's lead market making division focused on supporting crypto token issuers
• Drive new business by leveraging existing institutional relationships and sourcing new protocol partnerships
• Own end-to-end protocol relationships-from initial engagement to ongoing performance and reporting
• Serve as the primary liaison between token issuers and our internal trading desk, aligning on KPIs such as spread, depth, and volume
• Develop and execute liquidity strategies across major venues to meet issuer objectives
• Hire and manage a team of relationship managers, analysts, and traders as the business grows
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and trading teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in proprietary trading, market making, or crypto liquidity provision
• Proven success in building or managing market making operations, ideally with protocol-facing experience
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, tokenomics, and exchange microstructure
• Strong network within the crypto ecosystem, particularly among token issuers and protocols
• Exceptional communication and client management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch and lead a team
• Comfortable navigating technical conversations across trading, infrastructure, and external stakeholders
