Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a VP of Operations to shape the global operations strategy and execution across hardware, software, and materials. You will lead manufacturing engineering, supply-demand planning, logistics, and sustainability efforts to drive precision and efficiency at scale.

You’ll partner with R&D, product, and go-to-market teams to enable growth, expand our global footprint, and deliver high-quality, high-precision products to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent leadership experience is required.
• Strong background in operations, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Proven track record scaling global, multi-site manufacturing networks.
• Experience building vendor relationships and negotiating high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Report to the COO and lead multi-year strategy to scale global operations.
• Oversee manufacturing and operations engineering to ensure quality at scale.
• Forecast demand and align supply with financial and sales goals.
• Drive logistics, procurement, and global systems optimization.
• Expand manufacturing footprint and partnerships to meet demand.
• Support new product introductions and material launches.
• Establish best-in-class operating practices, cost structures, and sustainability.
