• Bachelor's degree in Machine Tool Technology or Industrial Technology, or an associate degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience teaching in higher education or technical programs.
• Strong leadership in curriculum development, program assessment, accreditation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and evaluate adjunct faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach Machine Tool Technology courses through multiple delivery methods (traditional, hybrid, online).
• Coordinate curriculum development, assessment, accreditation activities, advisory committee engagement, budgeting, and facilities management.
• Develop, review, and revise curriculum, syllabi, and materials to align with industry standards and workforce needs.
• Evaluate student performance and drive continuous improvement using data and evaluations.
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate adjunct faculty and instructional staff.
• Advise and mentor students on academic planning, transfer opportunities, and career pathways.
• Stay current with industry trends in machining, CAD/CAM, and manufacturing systems.
• Participate in college committees and industry partnerships.
