Job summary

Intuit’s Expert Network team is expanding its omni‑channel, in‑person service model across top markets, including new storefronts and local tax offices. You will lead multi‑site operations, aligning product, marketing, and field teams to deliver fast, seamless experiences to consumers and small businesses.

With 8–10+ years in operations, you will manage dispersed teams, drive performance against KPIs, and steer AI-enabled capabilities in-store while navigating a rapidly evolving retail landscape.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive operations and field leadership experience.
• Experience delivering physical service or retail network rollouts in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage frontline and field manager teams across distributed locations.
• Track record of delivering results against operational KPIs (NPS, conversion, utilization, cost-per-engagement).
• Experience driving AI adoption or human+AI operating model changes in service delivery.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Execute phased rollout of flagship retail hubs and service centers across top markets.
• Operationalize in-store experiences with real-time KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Partner with GTM/marketing to ensure local discoverability both digitally and in-person.
• Lead high-touch, multi-site operations for in-person and virtual delivery.
