Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of audio-related work experience.
• 5+ years in a large-volume, large-venue facility.
• Experience leading a team of audio professionals and managing multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Audio Engineers and technicians.
• Oversee design, planning, coordination, and execution of audio systems for events.
• Provide technical direction for stadium audio during games and large events.
• Manage resources, schedules, and budgets across concurrent events.
• Establish SOPs and best practices for audio operations.
