Job summary

4Wall is seeking a Director of LED Services to lead LED product strategy and market introduction across our national footprint. You will identify product needs, conduct market and competitor analysis, and align with the national asset management team to launch new LED solutions.

You will also train and support Production Managers at the national level to ensure standardized LED equipment usage and procurement.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LED equipment brands, uses and values.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and launches.
• Ability to give feedback on equipment purchases and standardize LED gear.

Responsibilities

• Identify LED product needs and conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Integrate plans with the national asset management staff to bring new LED products to market.
• Support and train Production Managers at the national level.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to standardize LED equipment.
