4Wall is seeking a Director of LED Services to lead LED product strategy, oversee market research, and align plans with the national asset management team. The role includes guiding equipment purchases and standardizing LED equipment across the company.

The ideal candidate will have deep LED equipment knowledge, experience with product launches, and the ability to train Production Managers at a national level. This is a full-time on-site role at multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of LED equipment including brands, uses, values.
• Ability to participate in vendor meetings and guide equipment purchases.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis for LED products.

Responsibilities

• Identify LED product needs and conduct market research to guide strategy.
• Coordinate with national asset management to bring new LED products to market.
• Train and support Production Managers at the national level.
