Job summary

Uline is seeking a Director of IT Procurement to shape enterprise-wide technology investments and lead a high-performing team. You will partner with senior leaders to drive scalable decisions for North American operations and guide procurement strategies across hardware, software, SaaS and cloud services.

The role requires a deep background in IT procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of managing large vendor portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years IT procurement experience, including IT contract negotiation.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and large vendor portfolios.
• Proven experience using procurement software and organizing procurement initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy and vendor performance across hardware, software, SaaS and cloud services.
• Oversee contract lifecycles with Legal, Finance and Security teams.
• Provide executive insights on technology spend, market trends and vendor negotiations.
• Refine procurement processes and implement improvements aligned to business goals.
• Guide and develop the IT procurement team and foster a high-performance culture.
