Uline is seeking a Senior IT Purchasing Specialist to own procurement strategy and manage vendor partnerships. The role uses data and market insight to optimize spend and guide sourcing decisions, ensuring North American teams have the technology they need to succeed.

The successful candidate will lead IT hardware, software, and services sourcing, drive cost savings, and improve procurement processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy for IT hardware, software and services, aligning sourcing decisions with business goals.
• Lead vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract optimization and performance management.
• Analyze technology spend and market trends, leveraging reporting and dashboards to inform sourcing strategy and drive cost savings.
• Oversee and continuously improve procurement processes, including purchase order workflows, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with IT and business leaders across North America to align purchasing priorities and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
