The role owns infrastructure, security, and business systems across lab and office teams, including networks and devices, IAM, vendor and SaaS administration, and the reliability of systems that connect formulation data, manufacturing, and research.

The Head of IT will build processes for a fast-scaling startup and stay hands-on where headcount is lean.

Qualifications

• Seasoned IT leader with full-stack ownership of infra and security.
• Experience with procurement and SaaS administration.
• Background in manufacturing or lab environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns infrastructure, security, and business systems across the site.
• Manages networks, devices, IAM, vendors, and SaaS.
• Ensures reliable systems linking formulation data, manufacturing, and research.
• Builds scalable processes for a fast-scaling startup and remains hands-on as needed.
